Teaching Style
I like to approach each student individually and be considerate of what they would like to learn in each lesson, this could be from progressing through grades or learning how to be in a band and play live shows. I take pride in being able to make each lesson fun and interactive. I am DBS checked along with being First Aid trained.

Ryan's Background
I have been surrounded by music from a very young age with my father Peter Fielder being a drummer and my grandfather Mike Fielder being a multi instrumentalist and conductor.
From the age of 10 I took drum lessons from multiple teachers. I played in the South West Surrey Concert Band as a percussionist for 3 years which performed at venues such as G Live & Guildford Cathedral. After leaving this band I started to concentrate on achieving my Rockschool grades and completed my grade 8 in 2016 with a distinction.
My first professional performance was with En Masse Choir in Southampton at the age of 17. Following on from this I have played at the Boileroom and opened up the main stage at Weyfest in 2018 with Harry Baker. Since leaving college and gaining my A level in music technology, I have had plenty of experience playing live shows and recording in studios with a variety of bands.
